He is survived by: his parents, Marcelino Fortunato and Celia Gaspar; his wife Leonor Ramírez Santos; his children, Silverio Fortunato, Rebeca Fortunato, Liliana Fortunato, María Fortunato, Débora Fortunato and Anahi Fortunato; and his siblings, José Fortunato, Luis Fortunato, Georgina Fortunato, Olivia Fortunato and Rosalia Fortunato.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 404 E McLean St, St Pauls, NC 28384. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1019 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384).
