She was predeceased by: her parents, Danny Oxendine and Elizabeth Oxendine; her husband Belton Jacobs Jr.; and her siblings, Julius Alexander Oxendine, Henry Oxendine, Daniel Locklear (Bill), Betty O. Dial and Sylina O. Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Jessica) and Sharon (Martin); her grandchildren, Michael, Austin, Julius Locklear and Tierra Celeste Jacobs; her sisters, Flora Dial of Pembroke, Kathleen Locklear of Pembroke and Shirlene Emanuel of Pembroke; her close friends, Emma Jane Deese, Minnie Pearl Locklear, Daphene Bullard, Linda Sencebough and Annie Lewis; and her sister-in-law Tressie Jacobs. She is also survived by Aunt B and family and a host of relatives and friends.
