Anna Faye Slagle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2019, at the age of 86, Anna Faye Slagle (Lumberton, North Carolina), born in McAlester, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Boone Prater and Mattie Caroline Hogan Prater; and her brother Tommy W. Prater. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Harold Slagle of Lumberton, NC; her children, Jeffrey Slagle (Bronislava) of Salisbury, NC and Stephanie Ogata (Dalton) of DuPont, WA; her grandchildren, Jonathan Ogata (Leslie), Patrick Ogata and Harriette Slagle; and her great grandchild Oliana Ogata. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
