She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar M. Baxley and Annie Parker Baxley; her husband Earl West; and her siblings, Curtis Baxley, Arthur Baxley, Wilbur Baxley, Gene Houston Baxley, Hazel Hawkins, Pauline Everette, Clara Barnes and Sarah Bruce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Hasty of Lumberton, Marilyn Howell (Buddy) of Lumberton and Carolyn Jolly of Lumberton; and her sisters, Velma Cox of Lumberton, NC, Lucille Russ of Dublin, NC and Sadie Parnell of Burlington, NC.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
