He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson C. Sessoms and Inez Kinlaw Sessoms. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Townsend Sessoms; his children, Anthony Jason Sessoms of Aiken, SC, Amanda Jane Sessoms (Tony Parrish) of Elizabethtown, NC and Abby Sessoms Dorroll (Phil) of Wrightsville Beach, NC; his grandchildren, Tyler Fann, Carson Sessoms and Kingston Dorroll; and his brother Jimmy Sessoms (Louise) of Raeford, NC..
