He is survived by: his daughters, Helen Locklear Jacobs of Lumberton, Mary Frances Lowery of New York and Deanne Beatty (Kitty) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Michael Paul Lowery, Kelly of Lumberton, Latisha Lowery, Bob of Fayetteville, Melvin Rogers Jr., Katelyn of Orrum and Joshua Batty (Morgan) of Georgia; and his siblings, William Locklear (Snorton) of Pembroke, Mary Rose Locklear (Tim) of Pembroke, Cathy Lockelar Rogers of Pembroke, Juanita Locklear (Netty) of Pembroke, Marshall Locklear (Connie) of Pembroke, Johnnie Locklear Jr. (Genna Lee) of Pembroke, Patsy Locklear Strickland and Tommy Locklear of Maxton.
