He is survived by: his wife Frances Phillips; his children, Darren Phillips and Ronna Grant (Edgar) of Lumberton; and his siblings, Russell Phillips (Vickie) of Lumberton, Gary Phillips of Lumberton and Sue Katzenberger (Jim) of Lumberton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
