He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Brantley Locklear and Pearlie Mae Locklear; and his siblings, Ruth Locklear Revels, George Locklear and Jessie Locklear.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Revels-Locklear of Pembroke; his children, Paul Locklear of Wilmington, N. C., Dennis Locklear of Pembroke, N. C., Aaron Locklear of Wilmington, N. C. and Paula Richardson Locklear (Matt Richardson) of Lumberton; and his siblings, Foncine Collier (Derwood) of Greensboro, N. C., Maxine Oxendine (Brantley), Charity Revels (Ronnie), Calvin Cooledge Locklear (Dorothy) of Pembroke, N. C., Jimmy Locklear (Joann) of Raleigh, N. C. and Dewayne Locklear (Sharon) of Lumberton, N. C. He is also survived by Dad, the children would like to say a special thanks to his family, friends.
