She was predeceased by: her parent Lillian Lowry; and her siblings, Louis Herman Lowry Jr., Mitchell Wayne Lowry, Jimmy Dean Lowry, Bebee Locklear, Clayton Oxendine, Myrtle Cummings, Vashti Demery, Hannah Blue, John Ander Oxendine, Pattie Cummings and Brantley Oxendine.
She is survived by: her husband Alton Oxendine; her daughters, Cheryl Oxendine of Virginia Beach, Suzette Oxendine of Virginia Beach and Kachina Oxendine of Richmond, VA; and her sisters, Bonnie Stewart, Barbara Lowry, Teresa Lowery, Glenda Lowry, Jackie Groombridge, Sandy Sirois, Nora Oxendine, Shirley Chavis and Rose Hill.
