He is survived by: his wife Patricia Davis Nance; and his children, Dale Everette Nance (Jane) of Fairmont, Stephanie Gist (Michael) of Lumberton and Samantha Kirby (Mark) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
