He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Lee Lowery, Herman Lee Lowery and Joyce Locklear; his wife Janice Lowery; his stepdaughter Kimberly Locklear (Chris) of Lumberton; his sons, Charles Lowery Jr. (CJ), Brandon Lowery (Jalissa) of St. Pauls, Derrick McMillian (Carrie) of Pembroke and Robert Lowery (Sarah) of St. Pauls; and his siblings, James Jacobs of Fairmont, Lois Oxendine of Lumberton, Betty Oxendine of Lumberton, Helen Oxendine of Lumberton, Deloris Dimery of Lumberton, Linda Clark of Lumberton and Doris Hunt of Fairmont. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
