He is survived by: his children, Phillip Chavis (Bethyina), Betty Jane Bullard of Maxton, Ronald Bullard (Letha) of Red Springs, Elisa "Sue" Bullard and Sharon "Bit" Bullard (Paul) of Red Springs. He is also survived by grandchildren, relatives and friends.
