It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Locklear (Lumberton, North Carolina), who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Locklear and Mattie Locklear; her husband Bobby Ray Locklear; and her siblings, Annie Ruth Thomas, Roy Hilton Locklear, James Earl Locklear, Percell Locklear, Grady Locklear, Frank Locklear and Luther Jr. Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Ann Locklear and Roger Ray Locklear (Rosa) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Danny Locklear, Charles A. Cyrus, Kirkland Locklear (Kel), Brittany Locklear, Tyler N. Smith (Nick) and Lillian Cummings; her great grandchildren, Adelyn Clair, Avery Grace and Eli Kase; her siblings, Mary Jacobs, Betty Lois Hayes (Wade) of Lumberton and David Locklear (Dorthy) of Baltimore, MD; and her close friends, Crettie Bell, Hazel Cripps and Odessa Graham. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
