He is survived by: his wife Annette T. Watts; his children, Ernest R. Watts (Wanda) of Rockingham, NC, Michael C. Watts (Rebecca) of Wake Forest, NC, Rexford B. Watts of Loris, SC, Walter W. Watts (Brenda) of Conway, SC and Karen A. Watts; his stepchildren, Tony Howell (Cindy) of Wilmington, NC, Jack W. Howell (Anita) of Advance, NC, Benjie Howell (Christie) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Tammy Howell of Lumberton; and his siblings, Ervin Watts of Goldsboro, NC, Garland Watts of Lumberton, NC, Marilyan Thomas of Raeford, NC and Sandra Maples of Lumberton, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
