She is survived by: her son James Morgan Pate (William Thornton) of Leland; her sisters, Judy Tyndall of Lumberton, Joyce Small of Lumberton, Linda Townsend of Lumberton and Lou Ellen Davis of Lumberton; her sister-in-law Miriam Little of Florence, SC; and her grandchildren, Matthew Ian Pate and Zoey Jayne Strickland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
