He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Franklin Johnson and Carolyn Timmons Johnson; his daughter Sylina Johnson Mitchell; his wife Patti Wooten Johnson; his children, Davey James Johnson (Angela) of Jacksonville, FL and Deanna Chantelle Johnson of Elgin, SC; his stepson Casie Norton (Erica) of Clayton, NC; the mother of his children Cindy Johnson of Elgin, SC; and his sister Julie Johnson Carter of Kenly, NC.. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
