He is survived by: his children, Johnathan Locklear (Adrianna), Henry Locklear, Devan Locklear and Kiara Locklear; his siblings, Renee Burk (Howard), Renotta Locklear, Shenna Locklear and Patrick Cash (Andrea); his granddaughter Harper Locklear; and his close friends, Wanda and Jayden.
