He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Auldon, Lila Ann Smith, Munson and Idell Locklear. He is survived by: his parents, Dwight Smith and Dianne Smith; his brother Dallas Smith; and his children, India, Starlette Smith and Diamond Patrick Smith II of Lumberton. He is also survived by the mother of his children, and the love of his life.
