He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Geraldine Locklear and Virgil Don Tubbs. He is survived by: his parents, Kecia Tubbs of Lumberton and Donald (Angela Tubbs) of Walstonburg; his siblings, Kayla Tubbs of Lumberton, Phillip Tubbs (Brittany) of Lumberton, Steven Tubbs (Roxy) of Lumberton, Brandon Dial (Santana) of Lumberton, Randal Dial (Julia) of Lumberton and Austin Revels of Lumberton; his grandparents, Lena, Bill Carter of Lumberton and Dane Locklear of Rowland; and his significant other Cristin Langley of Latta. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
