He is survived by: his sisters, Tammy Jacobs (Dalton, Jr.), Wanda Locklear (Larry) and Pocolia Sampson (David); his great-nephew Takoda Kinlaw; his close friends, Kelly Kinlaw and Ricky Ransom; his siblings' children, Myra McGee, Lyngail Sampson, Katie Locklear, Dexter Sampson, Daltrey Jacobs and Larry Locklear, Jr.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Chavis, Taleigha Hunt, London Lugo, Ava Oxendine, Kayleigh Locklear, Kenzleigh Locklear, Kendall Chavis, Roman Lugo, Kenan Locklear and Ty, Jr.. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
