It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Adams (Lumberton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benton Nester and Sadie Lowe Nester; her husband Clayton Raymond Adams; and her siblings, Maynard Nester, James Nester and Betty Badgett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Adams Wheaton (Don) of Winston Salem, NC and Pamela Adams Wilson (Ronnie) of Lexington, NC; her granddaughter Kimberly Bauer (Scott) of Lexington, NC; her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Bauer, Andrew Bauer and Emily Bauer; and her sister-in-law Lib Nester of Sparta, NC. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A time of viewing will be on Monday, February 1, 2021 from 1:00 until 3:00 p. m. at Richard Boles Funeral Service following all COVID19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be given to the First Baptist Church of Laurinburg, P.O. Box 883, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
