She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bell and Ida Locklear Bell; her stepbrother Kenneth Hammonds; and her nephew Ronald Ray Hunt. She is survived by: her son Larry Locklear; her sister Dorothy Hunt of Lumberton; her niece Linda Lowery of Lumberton; and her close friend Joan Bell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
