He is survived by: his mother Deborah Karr Adams; his grandmother Laura Adams; his children, Chris Sampson of Lumberton, Adrianna Jolly of Lumberton, Hannah Jacobs of Lumberton and Harlie Ivey of Red Springs; his brothers, Keith Jolly of Lumberton, Chad Risen of Lumberton and Kenny Risen of Lumberton; his stepsister Sherri Bridgeman of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Mason, Owen, Kaylie, Storm, Raelyn, Desirae, Natlie, Titus and Nataila; his close friend Chris Harper of Lumberton; and the mother of his children Wendy Jacobs of Lumberton.
