He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Henry Davis and Helen Duval Davis; and his siblings, Clarence "Mack" McCall Davis, Henry Clay Davis, Johnny Davis and Marian Newbill.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Elizabeth Davis; his children, Micheal Davis (Pattie Williams) of Greenville, NC and Michelle Johnson (Keith) of Fairmont, NC; his siblings, Fred Davis (Debbie) of Fredericksburg, VA, Jerry Davis of Virginia and Elizabeth Wyatt; and his grandchildren, Brandt Elis, Jr., Danielle Puryear, Micheal Davis, Jr. and Jacy Wilson. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
