She was predeceased by: her parent Bundy; her husband Horace Fipps; and her son Horace Timothy Fipps. She is survived by: her children, Diane Fields (Don) of Hope Mills, Lester Dell Fipps (Cindy) of Lumberton, Christopher Wayne Fipps (Anita) of Lumberton and Ricky Fipps (Jan) of Lumberton; and her brothers, Oscar Powers of Richmond, VA and Ray Powers of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
