He is survived by: his wife Sallie Harris Huggins; his children, Lisa Oxendine (Terry), Earl Ray Huggins and Jennifer Jones (Tarry); his granddaughters, Anastasia Oxendine Hunt (Dean), Jennah Hardin Chavis (Micheal), Jillian Hardin and Isabel Huggins; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Oxendine, Naomi Chavis and Zalaya Hunt; and his siblings, Eddie Locklear, Johnny Locklear (Pam) and Gertrude Huggins Chavis (Wilson).
