He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Norris Hoffman, Sr. and Norma Schaffer Hoffman; his son Earl John Hoffman III; and his brother Steven Eugene Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Gail Hoffman; his children, Bradley Gene Brumbles of Lumberton, NC, Ian Paul Hoffman and Cindy Gail Freeman (Hubert) of Kernersville, NC; his siblings, Timothy Allen Hoffman (Susan) of Nebraska and Julie K. Wingett of Lincoln, NE; and his pets, Gigi and PJ. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, the family will not be receiving friends at their home.
