He is survived by: his children, Richard Clemson Skipper of Grand Bay, AL, Michael Glenn Skipper (Lynette) of Semmes, AL, Jessica Lee Ransom (Travis) of Lumberton and Kelly Skipper Tew of Chadbourn, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
