She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Alfred Rowland Pittman and Miriam Hartley Pittman; and her children, John P. McLean, Jr. and Julia Pittman McLean. She is survived by: her husband John Purcell McLean; her daughter Miriam Hartley McLean of Lumberton; her brother Alfred "Al" Rowland Pittman (Jan) of Florida; and her grandchildren, John Howard McLean and Julia Pendleton McLean.
