He was predeceased by: his parents, Dougald B. Todd, Sr. and Viola Scott Todd; and his siblings, William R. Todd, Dougald B. Todd, Jr., Audrey King and Annie Pate Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Tyner Todd; his children, Rhonda Prevatte of Goldsboro, NC, Janice McGuirt (David) of Lumberton, NC, Sandra Walker (Lewis) of Garner, NC, Timothy Todd of Lumberton, NC and Tony Todd; and his sister Betty Wright of Clemmons, NC.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Raft Swamp Baptist Church, 2766 NC Hwy 72 West, Lumberton, NC 28360.
