He is survived by: his wife Mary Ivey McKenzie; his children, Beth Goins (Mark) of High Point, NC, Greg McKenzie (Laurie) of Concord, NC and Patricia Malpass (Mary) of Destin, FL; his stepdaughter Tina Bryant of Zebulon, NC; and his sister Judy McKenzie of Destin, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
