He is survived by: his wife Gina Locklear of Lumberton; his siblings, Bill Locklear (Debbie) of Tilghman Island, MD, Peggy Mazurek (Roberto) of Glen Burnie, MD, Gennie Scarff (Ben) of Nottingham, MD and Hay Bennett (David) of Arnold, MD; his children, Bobby Lowery of Red Springs, NC, Tiffany Cano (Arturo) of Aurora, CO and Whitney Skirpstas (Peter) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and his grandchildren, Aeries, Uriah and Adonis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
