She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Russ and Nancy Russ; her husband Kenneth Locklear; and her siblings, Jimmy Russ and Pamela Carver.
She is survived by: her daughter Ratina Russ of Daytona, Florida; her siblings, Linda Roberts of Lumberton, Robert Russ of Lumberton and Jamie Russ of Lumberton; and her grandchildren, Drake Locklear, James Morton Jr. and Jack Morton.
