He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Scaggs. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Campbell Scaggs; his children, Jeremy Michael and Danielle; his grandchildren, Deanna, Madyson, Campbell Joseph and Helena; his brother Philip Scaggs; and his mother-in-law Helen Campbell. He is also survived by friend and father-in-law.
