He is survived by: his wife Jan Locklear; his children, Shorty Locklear, Reco Locklear, Terry Locklear and Victoria Bullard (Thomas); his siblings, Iris Dale L. Oxendine, Helen Chavis (Andy), Angie Hundley, Tina Locklear (Donnie), Rev. Jerry Locklear (Diana), Bishop Kenneth Locklear (Linda) and Rev. Harry Locklear (Candy); and his grandchildren, Nikki Bullard, Austin Bullard, Reco Locklear and Cheyenne Locklear. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
