She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Allen and Monnie Hickman Allen; her husband Ralph Preston Britt, Sr.; her son Ralph P. Britt, Jr.; and her brothers, Harvey Charles Allen and Stacy Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Allen Britt (Kitty) of Fairmont, NC and Sandra Britt Oliver (Justin) of Marietta, NC; her sister Sarah Kinlaw of Garden City, SC; and her grandchildren, Brooke McLellan (Trey), Walter Lee Britt (Kate), Catherine Clark Oliver, David Justin Oliver III (Anna), Garrison Britt (Cherry) and Mitch Britt (Amy). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
