She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Pearly M. Thompson of Lumberton, N. C.; her son Martin, Jr. (Beverly); her father Fester C.; her brother Lamont (Faye); her grandchildren, Valecia and Martin; her siblings, Jackie, Billy (Mildred), Yovonne and Duwayne; and her uncles, Linsen and Wakefield (Sheila). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandnieces/nephews, cousins, in-laws, relatives, friends and classmates.
