He is survived by: his sons, Keith Woods (Tn), Hnell Jr. of Lumberton and Jason D. Woods; his granddaughters, Alexandra Woods and Mary Grace Hunt; his brothers, Carnell Woods, Jerry Woods of Lumberton and Marvin Woods of Raeford; and his close friend Patricia Rowland.
