Bell (Joann) of Lumberton, NC; his granddaughters, Keywanna Bell and Tabitha Wilkes (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Halona Bell, Izabelah Bell and Skyler Wilkes; his siblings, Sharon Oxendine (Eartle), Melba Brewer of Lumberton, NC and Jerry Bell (Ethelene) of Lumberton, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Bell and Mary Ann Bell.
