He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bullard and Maudie Bullard; his daughter Carol; and his siblings, Gregory, Delton, Robert, James (Buddy), Pamela and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bullard; his children, Jamie (Denise), Kathy (Tim), Mickey (Jeanette), Tony, Shelia, Talia (Garrick) and Taylor (Ross); and his siblings, Jean, Ellen (Henry), Suzzetter (Nelson), Phillip (Jean) and Ronald. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
