He is survived by : his parents, John Fred Bullard (Annie) of Red Springs and Vonnie Jean Pevia Bullard of Raeford; his wife Brenda Bullard Collett; his daughter Jazmine Bullard of Raeford; his sister Nichoale Bullard (Michael) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Zamya Goins, Hannah Goins, Clara Goins, Zaylani Goins and Zimmie Goins.
