He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Patterson Graham and Luvenia Arnette Manning Graham; his wife Evangelist Thadis William Graham; his children, Harold Lee Williams, Donald McDuffie, Reginald Graham and Karen D. Graham; and his sister Katrina Graham Sawyer.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Graham Bernard, Jamie Graham, Luvenia Graham Meekins (Chandler), Revah Graham Jolly (Pastor William), Cedderina Graham Nealy (Pastor Lonnie), Audrey Floyd (Minister Aaron) and Jason McCallum; and his aunts, Annie Mae Isaac of Winston Salem and Alberta McMillian (Billy) of Winston Salem. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren.
