He is survived by: his wife Tammy Renee Polston; his children, Dustin Polston (Liz) of Lumberton, NC and Shannon Mayers (Johnathan) of Fairmont, NC; his grandson Gavin Drew Mayers; his sister Tabitha Lynn Polston of Yadkinville, NC; his mother-in-law Sue Callahan of Lumberton, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Sherry Callahan of Lumberton, NC and Terri Lynn Callahan of Lumberton, NC. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
