He is survived by: his mother Betty Sampson (Larry) of Rowland, NC; his children, Brandy Lynn West of Rowland, NC and Jason Brandon West Jr. of Lumberton, NC; his siblings, Lisa A. Brooks of Pembroke, NC, Debra Joyce Sampson of Rowland, NC and Johnny West of Texas; his siblings' children, Kandice Sinclair (Cam), Chelsey Chavis and Devan Chavis; his great-nieces, Myah Locklear and Kensley Chavis; and his close friends, Tawanna Sampson of Lumberton, NC, Robert, Liz Strickland (Squirrel) and Johnathan Hunt (John Boy). He is also survived by relatives and friends and extended family.
