He is survived by: his wife Chris Eve Hunt Bartley; his children, Jeremy Keith Bartley (Amy) of Pennslvania, Preston Lynn Bartley, Alex Lynn Bartley of Lumberton, Jerri Melissa Chavis (Michael) of Red Springs, April Renee Jacobs (Ryan) of Lumberton and Kayla Gail Emanuel of Raynham; and his siblings, Stoney Ray Bartley (Pat) of Charlotte, Jimmie Lee Bartley (Diane) of Harrisburg, William Bartley (Sharon) of Indiana, Michael Lewis of Charlotte and Ramylee Mayers (Howard) of Pembroke. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
