He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Barnes, Dorothy Spaulding, Willie Earl Barnes and Neal Archie Barnes; and his children, Jimmy Barnes Jr., Christopher Dean Barnes, Matthew Douglas Barnes, Jamie Lee Hunt, Vicky Rowdy and Catina Lynn Vargas. He is also survived by 12 grand children, and 10 great grandchildren.
