It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Ray Stout of Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stout and Katie Stout; and his wife Regina Rose Skipper Stout. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Helen Skipper. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
