He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Cook and Minnie Cook. He is survived by: his children, Torrie Carter and David Gregory Cook; his daughter-in-law Marsha Cook; his grandchildren, Alicia Carter, LaShonda Anderson, David Cook and Torrie Cook; his great grandchild Brennon Anderson; his sister Docus Woods; his cousins, Jerome and Mary Cook; his siblings-in-law, LaForest Billings, Patricia Rowland, Tillie Ware, Irene Cook, Julie Cook, John, Bobby, Bern, Anthony Billings, Sam Woods and Tony Campbell; and his close friend John Spells. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
