John Jr. Newhouse Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2021, at the age of 86, John Jr. Newhouse of Lumberton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Newhouse and Velma West Newhouse; his son John Hartwell Newhouse, Jr.; and his brothers, Roy Newhouse and George Lee Newhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Merlean Bell Newhouse; and his children, Brenda Newhouse of Henderson, Annette Eatmon of Kittrell, Deborah Parrish (Jerry) of Henderson and Josepth Newhouse (Mattie) of Sumter, SC. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
