He was predeceased by: his wife Jaqueline Leach; his parents, Walter Leach and Mae Ella Leach; and his sister Mary Alice Baldwin. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Leach (Sierra) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Jarrett Leach of Saint Pauls and Mekhi Mclean of Fayetteville, NC; his adoptive son Adonis Williams; his brother James Leach; his sibling's children, Marie, Sonya Baldwin of Lumberton, NC and Jordan Leach; and his grandchildren, Ja'Zirre and Ja'Leek Leach-Baldwin. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and any close friends.
